Welcome boss,

Alot of people shoot the switchback and I haven't heard many complaints. Mostly I hear it's a sweet bow. For shafts I would recommend Gold Tips but that's just me. I've shot beman shafts and had excellent luck with them, I've never shot the Axis though. I've heard mixed review Axis.

Regardless, congrats on the new bow and welcome to bow hunting.

I would go with either Easton ACC's or Beman ICS Hunters

The bow will be fine......

I have heard only good things about the switchback. I think it's a good choice. As far as arrows, I like the Gold Tips also.

I heard that mathews bow really sucks. You should give it to me and I'll dispose of it properly. I have heard good things about that bow. I think you will enjoy it. I prefer Goldtip arrows myself.

Think maybe you should have asked yourself that before you forked out 700 buck or so.
