Boil water and put them in the steam coming from the pot.

I'm talking about the plastic vanes not feathers. i've heard this works for feathers, but does it work for both?

I have done it on Flex-Fletch and it works pretty good.

Just take a hair dryer and put it on high heat. It's easy to straighten them out this way.

An iron would not work.

The steam wasn't working so i just stuck them in the boiling water then used my fingers to straighten them out a bit. Is there anything wrong with doing this? I'm sure there must be some reason I was told to use the steam and not the water.

Refletching the arrow is 'usually' the best way to correct this problem.
