You might want to try and figure out why the vanes are getting wavy. Is it a tuning issue? The vanes may be hitting the rest. As stated ina post use the hairdryer to fix but I would find out the reason first.

Another thing that can make ur vanes get wavy is when they go thrue the Whisker Buisket.
