Peterson's is the best IMO. I also like Bowhunting World, especially when Chuck Adams has a good article.

I just got a by first subscription to Primitive Archer. It is very interesting, lots of good stuff there.

While I enjoy them all.I like Bow and Arrow hunting and Bowhunter magazine the best. Bow and Arrow has some pretty honest product evaluations and they have an Archery coaching feature every issue with Tim Stricland which is always very good.

I like Bow and Arrow Hunting the best. It has the most technical info IMO. Peterson's is good and has a good mix of tech stuff and hunting stories/tactics. I used to subscribe to bowhunter also but it gets worse every year, a few stories, fewer tactics, no technical info and a whole lot of advertisements.

anything eastmans is awesome. bowhunting world and petersons bowhunting are great too. dont like bowhunter anymore, every issue is the same. a couple letters scratching the editors back, the little tidbits section (the only decent part), at least 2 articles on how to take a whitetail with a bow. one story, whatever animal the guide happened to get m.r. james next to this month, one "exotic" animal how too, usually elk, muleys, bears, or antelope, maggies section, which isnt near as good as it used to be, but still not bad, then theres always one readers story, the one witha small black and white pic, and short and to the point, and last one more by m. r. james. i have a lot of respect for all of those guys, but it seems to me that they only want famous authors.

just my opinion

'Eastman's Bowhunting Journal' and (not 100% bowhunting but nevertheless good) 'Deer & Deer Hunting'
