RE: hey ny bowhunters !!!
Good morning guys. I'm just trying to get stands set up. Put up a ground blind so that I can take my 3 year old son out a time or two also. Headed to Illinois bowhunting on 10-31 and wont be back until 11-10 and quite honestly it really cuts into my hunting and thinking for hunting here. Good luck guys,....and I hope the shoulder recovers 100% bull1870!!!!

Well, I've already been out hunting since I've got crop damage permits so the anxiety is not there. However, I've seen a couple good bucks wandering around that I can't shoot on these permits. Looking forward to the possibility of taken them with a bow.

I'f I recall correctly, you had posted a few weeks ago about a dilema that you were having with a guy posting the land that you had permission to hunt. I was wondering how that worked out for you? How about an update.

Hey NJ bowhunter,
Well, I haven't seen the guy, he has no stands up, he hasn't called, and I've done everything possible to communicat. I reconfirmed and have written permission from the landowner. So, like everyone else has said.....hunt it and hunt it hard. I guess the possibility for opening day dissaster still exist, but I'm not going to worry about it. I have every right to be there. Seems like the guy would be doing some scouting or setting up or something??? God knows I've invested my time already. I'll let you know how it goes Tuesday!!
