You're on a role Bow--I hear ya loud and clear and there is some wild things said around here.
I myself took a 14 month hiatus from the board because of the un-imaginable, unreasonable and irresponsible attacks thrown at members for unnecessary reasons. But on the other hand they are many great guys on this board, who are here to help and they were the ones who actually made me reconsider my self-imposed abstinence. Knowledge is something I crave, this is a forum where it is provided. Unfortunately there are some who impede just to stir trouble--and I have learned over the years to completely ignore this breed. |

I hear you loud and clear! When I was still VERY new (still relatively new) I made a post (don't know which forum) and after I re-read it I thought I sounded like a complete jerk. So I made a re-post and tried to clear it up. Nobody took offense (except maybe the poster) but for the most part, I think that anybody that knows my name on here can tell that I'm not like what that particular post described me as.
I do like how almost all of the people on this forum are sincere and in the appropriate forum do like to joke around a bit (mostly among the people who have met, from what I can tell but still a good time!). |

ORIGINAL: BOWDACIOUS Its one thing to state your opinion and give your reasons....its another to insinuate and call names. We are a brotherhood of bowhunters.....we need unity, we need patience, we need kindness, we need sympathy, we need longsuffering, we need to love each other and respect each other. We need to disagree about somethings, we need to find ways to resolve our disagreements, openly and honestly. I agree 100% man.......the last thing any of us wants is people posting things that divide hunters into "better" or "best" or belittle others accomplishments by saying they are too "easy" or not "challenging" enough. |
