That's a statement I can agree with. I've had good luck with a few diffrent shafts but have settled into a comfortable relationship with my GT'S.
Cougar, The shafts I shoot are 9.7 gpi bare shaft but gt makes weights that can be added to inside either end fo the shafts to customize weight, foc, and spine. I'm having good luck sofar without them but it's always an option.

I have never tried them, maybe I will some time. I wish they made some in heavier weights.

The higher end GT are pretty decent arrows IMHO.

I shoot crested 55/75 Pro Hunters for serious hunting. I also shoot Entrada 400's for practice, targets, and for be bop hunting (grouse, piggies, annoying backyard squirrels, etc.). I like to shoot the Entrada line because they're a hunter grain kind of arrow and they're not expensive ($69.99 a dozen). When I'm hunting deer though I definetly use the Pro Hunters. They shoot dimes for me.

I hate the dagnab things.
Keep hitting the first arrow w/ the next field point and ruining arrows.
Have to have a big target w/ lots of little targets because if I shoot them all at the same target, almost always ruin one out of 10 or 20 shots.
Terrible problem to have.

Glad you figured out a remedy. Did you come up with that all by yourself?

Funny bone acting up again. Just kidding.
