Here I am on a bored Wednesday. It's too chilly to shoot outside so I decide to do it indoors!!

Ahh GT Advantage shafts. They look nice.

Just watch out for pets and family members. Remember if you shoot it you must eat it and I'm sure you don't want to nibble on old fluffy:eek:.

My roomate is taking that. He held the camera out from around the corner to take it. It only took him 4 trys to get me centered!!

As a matter of fact, the pics on the site are of me taking a Winchester model 94 apart and trying to figure out where all the little pieces go. Then there are some of me cutting wood this morning...and a bunch of funny video clips.
Soon he will have more photos and clips of the rest of the roomates.

Hey long_round_trip,

Nice shooting!! I noticed that you had a teflon cable slide on your bow, possbily a Sims.? I installed a Sims teflon cable slide the other day and when I shot with it my shots were off by about 4 inches to the left. I noticed the new slide also "held" my cables a little closer to the cable guard than the original. Did you have similar results with your?? Thanks for the info.

Haha.......I tried to convince my GF to let me do this less than a week ago. She said no. [:'(] I guess I have been lucky to take over our spare bedroom with hunting gear though.

I havn't noticed any difference in installing the Sims cable slide as far as accuracy goes. I'm not really sure if it even gave me any FPS. It hasn't given me any reason to take it off so I'll keep it on. I plan on coloring it with sharpy marker before hunting season.

I shoot indoors in the winter also .You might want to try shooting at different spots so you don't beat the hell out of your arrows.Grouping them tight is cool the first few times but after that it starts to get costly.

Nice range!!! I can honestly say that I've done the exact same thing. My wife really didn't appreciate the loud thuds that echoed through the house, but I told her I had to keep sharp. Anyway, keep em in the boiler room!!!!

Yea we built a swimming pool in the back of my truck about two summers ago. We drove all around the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area, having a blast!! We hooked up a hose to the washing machine's hot water tap to give the "pool" a hot tub feeling. I only wish that I had a F-250 to better handle the load of the water, that stuff is heavy!!

Hey I'm trying to get some video footage of my indoor range in action on here but I can't seem to find a server that will host my videos for free. Are there any? One of the videos is 32MB and the other is 5MB. Some of you Parker fans may want to hear how quite the bow is even in an echoing hallway, and you can get an idea of how fast it is.

Any help is appreciated!!

Naw... try this... warm the cable slider up in some hot water and then dunk it into a small container of RIT brand clothes dye. They make about any color you can imagine for under a buck at most retailers, and you'll have non glare, evenly distributed color that won't come off. Nice.

Nothign like the groups you can get with good ole Gold Tips.I still say they are probably the top 3 arrows on the market.Nice shooting there.What distance where you shooting?Looks to be maybe 12 or 13 yards at most.
