When I was a boy I had a little fiberglass recurve & usta cant it all the time. Thats just how I shot it & it was very repeatable & I got pretty good with it.
When I picked up a compound I wanted to do the same thing even tho it was over 20 years between. Didnt work well with sights tho. Anyhow I just trained myself to hold it straight & now it just happens that way.
I been thinking about getting a recurve & if I do I'll be trying to shoot instinctive again & likely be canting the bow a bit.

u got a level on the copper john dead nuts dont u? unless u took it off. every time before u shoot or draw back make sure its level draw back and before u shoot look to make sure its level and that should help. just dont concentrate to hard or u might hit ur arm with the string!

Get rid of the quiver if you shoot with it on. Then practice using the level. Like make it a point to level the bow, maybe not even shooting the arrow. Draw, level, aim, let down. Over and over again till you get it right.
You say you can't stop from canting the bow. There is no such thing as can't. There is only the lack of will and discipling your mind to tell your body what to do. Don't think about NOT canting the bow. Think about what you want to do right.

What type of quiver do you have on your bow? (ie: detachable or two piece# of arrows)
I also shoot a PSE and have found their two piece quivers to be much better then the detachable ones. Reason being is the two piece fits more snug against the bow.
I agree grip could be a problem. Don't grip the bow, just let it rest in your crook of your hand and let your fingers rest gently. Not gripping. The sling will catch your bow if it jumps out of you hand. By not gripping the bow your hand the bow should be free of torque that may be introduced by your hand.
