RE: 35000 rpm dremel for cutting carbons.
There's a thousand ways to cut an arrow. Whichever one you choose, make sure the cut is perfectly square. A cut that is not square can cause huge problems with mis-aligned inserts. This will give you terrible broadhead flight. A dremel wouldn't be in my top 100 choices of a tool to use. A better, and even less expensive choice would be to get a cheap hand grinder and put the proper cut-off blade in it. Then make a jig to mount it square to where you place the arrow.

Amen on the square cutting.Got some arrows from fs discount and a few of em were fubar.Which saw from harbor freight are ya'll using?
