Yes it's plenty. Place the arrow in the right spot and it won't go far.

I'll be shooting a 100 gr Muzzy there flying great!!
If you got that part figured out then you should have no problems at all.

That will certainly get the job done. Bigbulls is right though, put the arrow where it belongs and you should have no worries. Now don't go and try to blow it through the hogs shoulder blade and you'll be just fine.

I say about average. I have a gator-arm 26" draw that limits my speed. I shoot a 388 gr arrow at 260 to get just under 60ft-lbs of KE. Longer draw lengths and super-fast bows can get people into the 90's adn 100's in KE.

I get 67 '/lbs of energy out of my Firestorm lite 30" 74lbs.

You're at the upper middle end of the spectrum. You'll be tough pressed to get much more without adding more poundage. Your setup will be fine for piney rooters.

Easton has a downloadable KE calculator (along with some other goodies) at their website. I checked with your KE and it has at the top of the largest game. It shows a graph that reads bottom to top: small game, medium game, large game, largest game. 66lbs is as high as the top of the large game but does not get into largest game territory.
