27 inch wow thats short for a 6 ft guy as long as its comfortable iam 6 ft and some change i have a 29.5 inch draw but i shoot 29 inch.. i played around with differnt draw lengths from 28 - 30 and the most consistincy was 29 inch.. there are alot of bow hunters that shoot way to long of a draw length...

6' 4" w/ a 29 inch draw string loop, release and good bend in the straight arm. I guess it could depend on your shooting mechanics to shorten of lenghten your draw. I do the bent arm to keep from having to worry about coatsleeve and forearm hits when releasing.

I'm 5'10" and shoot 29.5" draw. I dropped it a half inch from the last bow I had. It feels a bit better losing only a half inch. I tried with it a little shorter even at the shop, it that felt real bad.

I'm 6'4",and I've been shooting at 30in.for years.I've always had to shoot with a big bend in my elbow, plus,I had to "cock" my head a little.I know this sounds wierd, but thats the way I shot.
Len(in Maryland) is helping me out.He feels that I'm really a 31.5 draw,so he's going to set up an Old Glory for me...Bob

I am 6'1" I shot for years with a 30" draw without a string loop. My local pro work with me last spring. He set up my new bow with a 29" draw and a string loop. I shoot more consistant groups with the shorter draw.

I'm 6'3" and shoot a 28" draw length. I shoot bare fingers though and anchor at the corner of my nose and feel more comfortable slightly leaning forward into my shot rather than all stretched back.
