how fast
I shoot a pse bruin L3 at 55lb that has an ibo speed of 290. I was wondering how fast my bow is if I am shooting a 500 grain arrows, and a 28 inch draw. Oh yeah and I don't have a peep on the string because I shoot instinctively.

I assume these IBO speeds were rated at 5 gr/lb, 70 lbs, 30"

290 fps - 20 fps for the 2" in draw = 270
270 - 25 - 30 fps for the 15 lbs of lost draw = 245
245 - 30 for the 150 grains over ibo = 215
Assuming you have nothing else on the string except maybe a brass nock point, I'd say its right around 215 fps.
