Not only is it fake..........it's a horrible fake.

It's right antler is growing out of it's ear.

Fake. Antler is growing out of the ear. I agree that they are elk antlers.

You can tell this is fake. the mans hand is around the 1st horn but is totaly behind the add on. allso the coat of the deer changes color as you come to the head.Allso the guy is holding the deers head up with what loos to be 1 finger.

I can tell you these are not elk antlars.

Its a fake, but those are definately whitetail antlers.

This picture was posted on bowsite.com awhile back, by the guy who shot it. The guy who posted the picture had several of them, all at different angles. Its a REAL 6 pointer. I forgot what he said it grossed, but I believe it was in the 140's and was aged at over 5 1/2 years old. Six pointers this big are rare, but its really not that hard to believe that they can grow this big. I mean add a 8" G3 to each side, and your looking at a high 150 class 8 pointer, which isint unheard off.


What really cracks me up, is what some of you guys use to "discredit" this buck. Ex. "antler is growing out of the ear" LMAO You've never seen a buck with 40"+ of mass have you?

Its funny how we look at the exact same picture and can see two TOTALLY different things....................

ha.......funny thing is i couldnt shoot him if i wanted to here.......4pt to a side or more........id quit hunting......that would tick me off......but fake or not thats an impressive deer if it indeed is real......if its a fake its not that bad of a fake.....ive seen alot worse......i see nothing too wierd....the coat may change colors because of the angle and light diffrences....antlers arent growing out of ears......and the mass is so big he cant get his hand around it.....the antlers didnt cover them up when they pasted them there.......could be real..........
