Heres a link

You can buy it by the foot.

I know different strokes for different folks but if your pro shop guy doesn't think a string loop is worth supplying you might want to find another pro shop. To not supply something as simple as a string loop is unheard of.

Ask him if they are that bad then why are 90+% of the pros and hunters alike using them? They do nothing but enhance a clean release, enhance accuracy, do not pinch nocks, keep the arrow nocked if you have to ease down, are lighter than brass nocks. Yeah, I can see why he wouldn't like them.[&:];)

In adition to the above link you can usually find cut lengths in most all sporting goods stores that sell archery related gear.

I would go back and tell him to order you some. If he trys to talk you out of it, I would just roll my eyes, shake my head and turn around and walk out. and mumble something about loosing a sale and a customer for life.

You can either buy the material by the foot, its nothing more than release rope, or you can buy pre-made loops from a bunch of places. Take about 1 minute to tie on.

I just bought a foot of it at Gander Mountain and the package had a description for tieing it on. First time takes a few minutes to figure out the lengths. After that it takes about a minute to tie it on asnd ajdust the length.

Another good website to see how to tie on a new loop is: www.thebowman.com/tbindex.html
Scroll down to How to Tie On A Rope Release Nock and click on it. There is a lot of other very good info here also. TerryE
