Start surfing back through previous posts and you should be able to find all the info you need. If you still need some help I'm sure we can come up with some good reasons why bowhunting isn't animal cruelty.

Be sure to mention that if the animal population were not controlled by hunters there would be lots of animals starving to death. I don't know about you but if given a choice I would take an arrow to the lungs over the pain and agony of starvation.

do a visual and show page after page, maybe video of wolves taking down animals and killing them, disease killing them, automobile wrecks and how mangled deer look afterwards - anything you can think of that puts the light on animals and how they are killed in the wild. Maybe even go as far as showing slaughter houses and bullfighting.
then get your hands on a few videos where the deer are bowshot, run 30 yards and 10 seconds later die.
that should open some eyes

Here is a link to what happens to many deer, due to over population, where people are not allowed to hunt.

Here are some readings that might assist as well while it doesn't address bowhunting directly it provides some of the background for the necessity of managing the deer populatoin.
