RE: Release Loop?

Ultra Nock is a great loop, i have one on my hoyt right now, they are strong, solid, and align your peep sight as well. Only disadvantage I can say is the speed loss of about 12FPS but I think its a fair trade. Good Luck!

I have been using a string loop for years now, and wouldn't shoot without one. All the benefits have already been covered and I don't think you would regret using one yourself. Aim for the boiler room. Bhunter32.

I Would Like To Know As Well. I Currently Have A String Loop And Thought About Changing To An Aluminum Loop. I Have Heard It Has A Negative Effect On Speed But I Am Not Sure How Much.

RE: Release Loop?

I've had a string loop for about five years and really like it, my buddy didn't believe in them until he drew on a deer and his arrow popped off. I tied one on for him and he couldn't believe that he didn't listen to me sooner.

RE: Release Loop?

I much prefer the string loop. Less weight, no release wear, no click when you attach your release, no clicking noise when shot, and you can shorten or lengthen to fine tune that last 1/8" of draw length and as stated less expensive. With good quality strings, peep rotation is a non issue. If you remove that peepy thing [&:]and just shoot a kisser or nothing you will notice after a couple of hundred shots, you can get away without a peep for hunting yardages;). Don
