Happy Birthday IL-Cornfed!
So, do you get the shaft for having your birthday so close to Christmsas like I do (12/28)?
Best of luck for the rest of the season...I know you've been hunting hard.

Thanks guys! Like I said, still gettin' my butt kicked in the woods waiting on a true "cornfed" buck to step out! [&:] This late in the season, when the sub zero temps slap ya around, you start to wonder.... "well, maybe I should have taken the shot on that one buck......." NO, NO, not gonna go there! Think it's time to take up a much easier sport...... like Bull riding!!! Thanks again guys and happy holidays to all of ya!

870,
IF you will notice that the entry wound of the Steelhaed XP100 I posted appears to be sharply quartering. In fact, to PROVE that the Steelhead does NOT have issues with this angle I took a few deer this year at these angles. The shot pictured was taken at a sharp quartering away doe. The XP struck and totally sliced the last ribs on her left side. The arrow then traveled 3/4 lengthways through her and then exited just ahead of her right shoulder! After all that on the 135# dressed doe, the arrow still had enough energy to travlel several feet behind her and embed in an ol' rotted log! I assure you this will be the meanest cutting lil' mech you could try! An awesome product!!!
