Here in Kentucky for 2004-05
Bow season dates: Sept. 4- Jan. 17

A deer permit consists of one antlered and one antlerless deer.
There is also a bonus archery antlerless permit allowing the harvest of two more antlerless deer.

Here in south western CT it runs from Sept 15 thru Jan 31. You need to buy next years license to hunt in Jan tho.
You get 2 either sex tags & 2 antlerless with unlimited replacement doe tags. The bow season runs right thru the gun season too but you are supposed to wear orange while firearms is open.
