Illinois Rut Country Drive Photo's
I took these pic's during the Illinois rut.
I did so photo takeing while driveing home from bowhunting and had a good laugh to see this doe standing by this guys old stand... Wanted to tack a copy of it to his stand with a note that read
" While You Were Gone "
The next photo I took while driveing home on the interstate. I was astonished to see a Doe with a Buck bedded down in the middle of a picked soybean field bedded in the wide open. I wish the photo would of come out better so you could see his rack but I was on the other side of the interstate and that is as far as the camera would zome in.
I am always amazed by the whitetailed deer just when you think you have them figured out , they bed down out in the open
