Unfortunately, to most women that seems like an even trade. Well at least you know you have nice ride to your hunting spots with your new bow.

Olink,
Ahhh, I see that I am not the only one that has to go down the Longaberger route......effective though, isn't it?

Yes, it is probabaly the a record for the most expensive bow. The van however was needed, We have 3 daughters and the Geo prizm was not cutting it. This is the last bow I can buy until after next summer '03 and I have benn wanting the Havoctec, even when I bought my Mt Sport.
Gosh you Matthews guys envy shows, come to the light. When fall'03 rolls around I am going to look at the Conquest 2 for a target bow, it will be between that and the Hoyt Ultratec, if they are both still available.
IL-bow-man it is a Dodge Grand caravan SE.

About 5 or 6 years ago I was sitting in a morning coffee shop listening to an auto dealers story. We had had a major snow storm and everyone was looking for relief. He had 3 plow blades for trucks. A guy came in and needed one. The guy said the man was a regular customer so he gave him a good deal... something like $1300-1500 dollars. 20 minutes later another guy came in. It struck the dealer his plows which had been sitting around for months were in big demand. The plow he normally sold for something like $1800 or something he jacked to $2800 for this guy. He said it wasn't and hour before another guy came in wanting a plow blade. The guy told him he had one left. "I'll take it, how much"? he ask. The dealer told him something like $43,000. The guy jerked back and said, "are you crazy"? The dealer explained it came with a new Chevy Blazer attached. The guy bought it!

malenurse, I was looking at one of those for the wife. Then I realized I couldn't afford it unless she got a job. Needless to say, she is still driving the Beretta around!!

A van. Good thing you are getting the Havoctec and she get's the van, I sure wouldn't want a van. Hopefully, when I get married, my wife want's a toyota 4runner, because that would be my choice. Good shooting.
