That's great to hear. Congrats to both of you! 11 years and 6 months for me and my son. LOL I can't wait. Where are the pics of your son and "HIS" trophy???? Let's see them!!

Thanks for the kind word`s to you all!! And good luck to all of you this season! The gun my son was shooting was a gun i bought for him last fall. It is a youth model 243. short and sweet!! For all you dads thinking of a gun for your son or daughter check it out!;)

Well congradulations to him and you.:) Waiting only 15 min, 40 yd shot.[&o] Oh he used a firearm,[:o]Maybe next time post it in the Deer hunting forum to avoid confusion. :D;)Wait if there's a next time it will have to be with a sibling.:) Once again way to go. I hope next month I can post the same story(different forum).;)

Your right jerseyhunter! I should have posted it in the other forum But i was so dang happy at the time i did not even think about it sorry. O-but there wont be a next time. Two is enuff for me:D I have an 14 yr old girl and my nine yr old son. I put a stop to that stuff:D But my son does love shooting his bow;) maby next yr i can post a new story on his first bow kill! I hope[8D]
