Right at dusk I saw a deer getting ready to head down a trail away from me. I grunted and here it came. I saw horns and got up and got ready. Behind him came three more deer at a trot, all with horns. All had dink racks and the first one one was getting ready to get downwind. He stopped 17 yards from my stand and I took him. He was real fat but his rack was really deformed(small). He was about 2-3 yars old. I'm thankful for a succesful hunt and a healthy animal(despite his rack).

Isn't it a rush when grunting or rattleing brings them in on a rope! I've had limited sucess but when it works oh boy it works.
Congrats on the kill. I wouldn't worry too much about the rack, they taste like crap anyways
