Default Team 7 on the board!

I got in my stand at 2:30 on sunday. At 4:30 a doe and 3 fawns come in.
The 3 fawns bed under my tree. I've never had that happen before.
I couldn't move for 45 min. Finally they fed off.
Then 2 more does came in. I was gonna take the smaller of the 2.
I did not feel like draggin one out so I let her pass.
At 6 I decided to rattle a little bit. I use a rattle bag.
I just shook it a little bit with a couple soft grunts.
A decent little 8 and a six came in. 615 I rattled one more time.
I look behind me(downwind) a this one came in.
He was coming in very slowly.
I draw before he gets to my shooting lane.
Thats is when he decided to eat some acorns.
I literally held for about 2 min. I couldn't hold it for another
ten seconds when he started to move. BUT he started
to head right towards me. Then he took a step to the right.
I sent my muzzy tipped alum. arrow into the boiler room.
Because of my tracer nock I knew it was a good hit.
He ran about 40 yrds a crashed.

ODD STORY,
After he fell another buck(I didn't know was there) came i
and locked horns with my dead buck. He even charged
him a little bit. This buck did not leave until I got down.

This buck scored 114 2/8.
he has a 19 7/8 inside spread.
2 1/2 years old
175 lbs

BTW there is only 5 or 6 deer left in my county. Not worth hunting. No deer left.

Sorry for the long story.

Good job, congratulations to you and to your team, I can think of at least nine other people that are more fond of you today than they were yesterday !

Nice buck!
