I'm with cardeer. I think it got into someones "cash crops";).

I saw a 6 pointer last year durring a moose hunt I was on. It stood by the side of the road eating raspberry shoots and wasn't at all interested in leaving. I got out and videoed the buck from about 15 feet away and he just stood there. Just wait until rifle opens up and someone will take care of him. "Smart" animals like him shouldn't IMO contribute to the gene pool.
