It sounds like this move is purely political. $95,000 is nothing when it comes to research. Millions have already been spent on unsuccessful immunocontriception techniques for wildlife. I don't think these bills will pass, but it is a danger that these proposals are being made. I hunt with a friend in NJ and will be writing a letter to that Senator.

All of you guys should just email this creep and say that you are from Fort Lee or Hoboken. They will never know!
