How old are our Bowhunting forum members?
 

No need for listing years of experience........I would just like a simple breakdown of member ages. I have a feeling that there are quite a few young guys here?

Been bowhunting since I had my own vehicle, never could get my dad up at 5 am to drive me to where I bowhunted. when I was 17 my mom got a new chevy blazer I got the 1983 caprice classic wagon. I loved it it was my hunting mobile plenty of room for all my gear the heater worked great and the roof rack was perfect for holding 2 deer. Since then I had a 96 s-10 pick up which worked pretty good for a hunting truck for awhile then after having it for a year I traded it for a 94 full size chevy silverado 4x4 which I drive today been the best hunting vehicle ever since with it I could get to my hunting spots even if the roads werent plowed after a snow storm. By the way I'll be 24 in November

When I was a beginning bow hunter.... X Bows were the thing.[8D] Of course, so were long bows, fighting staffs, broadswords, chain male etc etc.

Well i turned 39 aug-18 And i have a 14yr old girl that is about to drive nuts!![:@];) And a boy that is 9yrs of age and looking for his first deer this yr:) If my wife and i can just get through these teen yrs i believe i`ll make it???

I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not. The bubble is in the 25-44 range. I'm not sure if it's because of computer access or literacy that there aren't more older and younger members(so far in the poll). I know alot of older adults are overwhelmed by computers but I wish they'd figure it out. They who have logged more time in the woods then a lot of us could bring so much to the discussion. So Please if you know an old hunter please take them to a computer and teach them how to use it.;)

Looks like Dave and I are among the VERY senior members. I'm on the downside towards 62 and Dave is about a year younger than me. That's why he drags my deer.:D

I'm glad to see the curve peak towards the younger side. You guys are the future of archery. Us COFs count our blessings for every extra day/year we get in the woods.;)

As far as pulling my weight, I can proudly say that I can pull almost twice my age. And that's either left or right-handed.:D;):)

55 years young. Still shooting a Hoyt with fingers and aluminum arrows. You can teach an old dog new tricks, but maybe that old dog knows the answer already. Not as lean, not as mean, but always a Marine.

25 and loving it!!!!!! This is a great age for women!! I get all ages. Thing i like about those high school girls is..................i get older they stay the same age!:D I should have used that one on the movie quote forum!!:D
