Well this site doesn't tell when the best times to hunt but it does give a pretty comprehensive solunar and lunar cycle for any area in the world here ya go http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/RS_OneYear.html Best times many dispute,one thing that I have read and may agree with is; hunt or fish 90 minutes of a moon rise/moon set,as well a sunrise or sunset.

Oh yeah the lunar /solunar tables may or may not be best for seeing game movement,weather fronts and seasonal changes may also have much to do with critter movement too.
