Well I had everything figured out for my bow and finally got to shooting great broadhead groups, when I turn it to the Weather Channel last week. I saw a hurrican named Ivan. I thought that it would turn and go up the eastern coast, but I was wrong. It has broken through the islands south of Mississippi and they have the hurricane warning right on Mississippi. I live on the beach there. I can only take things with me when I leave that I will need. Well the problem is I don't think I can take my bow with me. I just may not have enough room in my car. And to top it all off, we get out of school the day before we get hit! How nice is that, they gave us 8 hours to pack up and get the heck out of here! Sorry for complaining but I'm just scared. If it hits, my house is gone. I worked on my bow all last year and sat out that season. I may have to sit this one out if I were to lose my bow. I will probably chain it up to a wall, duck tape it shut, and write my address all over it. I won't have to money to buy another one if I lose it. Please keep me in your prayers.

A real shame zak123,:(, is there any way you could bury your stuff or put it in storage at school? Sorry for not being much help.

I'm sure you can fit it in Zak. If you have to hold it in your lap. I'll be praying that this one continues West before it fizzles out. Hopefully it'll pass you with incident.

Could you pack your bow up and mail it to a friend or relative that is out of harm's way?

You're screwed buddy. Good luck, and I really mean it. I also thuoght that you could foward it by mail. Just take care of yourself> material things matter little if yu ain't got your life.

No I won't lol. I just don't know if my house will make it through it. The news had the week forecast and it said Wed-Thur showers and some wind. Showers and wind my butt!
