Just started indoor league last night.
Great time and a chance to get out of the house.

I start getting ready for next season, stand sites, equipment, scouting, etc., and keep right on shooting. Is there a reason you cant shoot after deer season?

I shed hunt, duck hunt, goose hunt, quail hunt, pheasant hunt, turkey hunt, fish, dove hunt, and then finally the best season rolls around again and I bowhunt whitetails.

Practice at the club

scout, tune, shop, plan, and dream.

This is my favorite time to scout, scout, scout and shed, shed, shed hunt. Prepare next seasons stands and build ground blinds. I try to shoot my bow no matter the weather conditions. I have a few 3D targets that I have set up on my property...kinda like a mini course. I love haveing friends out for shoots.

Well being a city slicker, I do not have the opportunity to walk out the door and hunt or shoot whenever I please.

I put my gear away after the season, and take it out again sometime in August, and start practicing again for the season.

my wife and I bought a 23ftW/A cutty and all summer I do is fish inshore around the chesapeake bay and offshore around ocean city for tuna

Spend time with the family. Fish, hunt shed antlers, other types of hunting. Theres always something out there to do.

I shoot a recurve bow. I practice year round to keep my eye in tune. Of course, I practiced year round with my compound bows, too! I just love shooting a bow.
