Default First decent trailcam buck of the season.

My dad has his camera out on our WI lease for only a week and we managed to get 2 shots of this guy. He's not the biggest thing in the world, but he sure is pretty symmetrical and I'm not gonna pass him up if he walks by me next Saturday. I mean hey, someone's gotta carry Team 20 to glory.

Oh yeah, these pictures are from early August, so he still had some time to grow a few more inches. From these angles I can't tell what sort of spread he's got, but it doesn't look too great. Mass is pretty good though.

Nice buck. Maybe 14-15" on the spread.

He sure is nice, but I'd let him grow a bit since the season's about to get the green light. Now, if it was later in the year... well... maybe then ZIP! I betya he'll be a real dandy in another year.

Nice 2 year old buck. They get much bigger in Wisconsin though. Good luck.

Another year he would go P&Y, Nice deer but I would give him 2 more years in my area.

They get just as big in IL too though, and I've got a few dandies running around close to home. If this guy comes by I might just have to cut my WI season short and stick near home. We'll see what happens. It's our first year hunting this property and we'd like to get a good feel for what types of bucks are around the area.

A decent 10, but I would let him grow a year or two. Keep those genes running through the area.
