I see misinterpretation going on with FM's post that he did not intend. I've been a gun hunter from the legal age and still see exactly what FM is saying. There would be no offense if you read it the way he wrote it. No matter really, as always someone will be waiting to put a spin on it. Although, I'd expect that from a cheap suit wearing attorney more so that from real hunters. Did I say "real"? Hmmm... maybe that's it!

Let the record reflect that the witness has identified the defendant. Even though I'm not one to side with the defense, I'm with ya here FM. A resounding NOT GUILTY!
