Same thing going on in Wisconsin, seems early but would expect them to keep dropping through season! 12 days and counting!

I have many acorns dropping in my area as well. I also have many hickory trees also. These hickory trees had many nuts last year, but none this year. The deer don't seem to like them but the squirrels love them. Does anybody know if they only get nuts every other year like some oaks? I was hoping for a good nut crop this year with the cooler summer and lots of rain. The squirrels are neet to watch putting time in on my stands.

Acorns have been dropping but i have noticed that they are sostly small and green. They should keep dropping for awhile.

I like the way they are dropping here in Oklahoma. 23 days and counting. Got my oak groves covered.

They've been dropping in my woods here in NE Indiana for a couple weeks now. It might be from the very mild weather we've had this summer.
