Well, considering I shoot Superslam 2315's, you can imagine the difference when I shot these Satellite's.. THey are only 6.7 grains/inch.
I must admit.. It HONESTLY seemed like they shot better.. I dont know if its me, or just the speed factor that is not giving the arrow as much time to veer off target. but they sure do shoot FASTER.. But on the other hand, my bow is much louder with the lighter arrow..
Just thot I'd let you know i tried them.. I think I'll try and shoot a deer this year with them too... I'll probably take both my aluminums and these carbons along.. They both shoot the same at 20 yrds... but beyond that.. the carbons are alot flatter..

I hear ya, I feel the same way. I bought the Gold Tip pro's. They fly great but I've tried carbons before and I didn't have great luck with them as far as penetration. I am going to try these, but I still have my XX78 2314's ready to go. Out of all the deer that I shot, maybe 3 have not been pass throughs with the 2314's, only 1 passthrough with the carbons.
