I am switching to mechanicals this year, well i want to, and was wondering if f/p/s mattered. I am currently shooting 64 lbs with 31" arrows with 100 grain and shooting around 250 f/p/s.
Is this enofe to get the job done, or should i stay to a fixed blade broadhead?
The reason behind this is due to some bad exprences with the "Muzzy."
Thanks for the help.

What matters is your total Kinetic energy. You need your arrow weight and speed and you can go to www.bowjackson.com and use the calculator. Then go to my website www.broadheadtests.com and read the mech vs fixed page. That should get you started in the right direction.
