I would like to build a CHEAP antler trap. I want to collect some antlers. Maybe to rattle with.

Why don't you just go look for the antlers???? instead of taking the chance of getting a buck snagged up.

I seen this on another board. I don't know if it works but they said put a mineral lick between 2 bales of straw when the buck puts his head between the bales to lick the straw is supposed to catch the antlers.

a couple of these ideas will probably work.
I am going to try the one around the feeder. I am going to use some kind of bungee rope instead. The deer will be able to break it if they become entangled in it.
