Default First aid

What first aid items, if any, do you carry with you into the woods?

Cell phone, band aids, neosporen, square gauze patches and tape. I'm always no further that a mile from the closest heavily traveled road. I suppose if I were to hunt overnight or in deeper woods, i would pack more medical equipment.

A small roll of athletic tape is the extent of my first aid for bow hunting. I also carry a lighter incase the athletic tape fails to save me

I like to carry some of that horse tape. It only sticks to its self. Works real good if you get cut. Just wrap it like a bandaid. It is very strong and won't come off if it gets wet.

Never really gave it a thought. I thought about a cell phone once but I don't think I'd bring it. So it would end up being wasted money.

bandaids, neosporen, asprin, small roll of cord, fire starter, etc I bought a little first aid kit from a church fundraiser....its got your basics in it....cell phone is virtually a waste for me because I cant get a signal where I hunt
