RE: shockwaves

I've used shockwaves for two years. Never had a problem except once.
I shot the head into my target about 36 times. When I was done I noticed that the blades had damaged the ring and I had trouble extracting the head out of the insert. The only trouble I've had.

I also broken various fixed blades shooting them into that same target. Some broke before 36 shots and some after 36 shots. Moral of the story the rubber target I used to test broadheads is hard on broadheads.
for example an ultimate steel broadhead into that target six times and I lost one blade. Doesn't mean the ultimate steel broadhead isn't any good. Just means the target material is hard on broadheads.

The shockwaves should work if you've got at least 55 ft lbs of engery.
