Default I am a little concerned

I just got an e-mail from jpmorris @basspro.com. He asked where from MO I am, and where do I hunt. Has anyone else ever gotten this e-mail?

Can't say that I have, but if you're worried just scan it then open it if it comes back clean.

I havent. You could e-mail back and inquire why he wrote it to you. Just say "hey, got your message. Wondering why you needed the information for."

That sounds a little fishy. I'd forward the email to customer support and see if they can verify its authenticity.

Yeah, I thought so too. I forwarded it to bass pro and we will see if I get an answer.

Is your email visible on this site somewhere? Maybe he was just a person on the site wanting to get informaition, or something not a big deal. He might have just been using his work email to send the message. Maybe just a touch of too much paranoia on your part?? It could be a legit email and you emailing basspro could get him in trouble.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Well if it did come from jmorris, and it is Johnny Morris, I guarentee that he won't get in any trouble at Bass Pro ... he is the main man!

That would be nice if it was from Mr. Morris... but it sure does seem a little strange, all things considered.

Well, got another e-mail from him, and it really is Mr. Morris. Pretty cool. But it sure had me baffled. I didn't think an upper executive such as that would just outta the blue ask something like that. I don't mind the inquiry of course, it just seemed a little outta the ordinary.
