I can take on by bow in New Hampshire and one in Maine durring the fall archery season. I have every intension of playing pilgram and native american this fall if I see one.

I'm not real keen on shooting one out of a flock though. I'd like to try and call one in although I've heard it almost impossible to do so and to shoot one with a bow. This is what'll make soo much fun

Part of our fall turkey is concurrent with bow season and during that time I would not hesitate the least bit to shoot a turkey if it strolled by. I've had a couple chances, but have never gotten to full draw on one yet.

If I get the chance during the overlap I will drill one....if, like rybo said, I can ever get to full draw on one.

If it is legal, you have the proper tag, and you will get down to recover it, then by all means take it. But don't shoot one just to be shooting.

You BETCHA! My archery tag is good for 2, and if it is during the firearms season, which coincides with the archery season, and archery methods are allowed during firearms season, I can take 2 more.
