It may have a few good qualities, but they use an extrusion from their adult bows which makes the whole bow heavy (3-1/4 pounds stripped). That riser would take 80 pound limbs. A safety issue is that you set it up with shorter arrows for a child so they can appreciate a flatter trajectory, then big brother or Dad shoots it and accidently draws the arrow back too far and can potentially injure themselves. Also, it is not a bow a kid will grow out of as they say in their ads. Who wouldn't grow out of a 20 pound pull bow? If they put stronger limbs on it, you are holding the full weight. Most kids will want to move to a compound. Just some thoughts.
