They used to be old Beman Hunters... pultruded shafts, but alas, they are no longer produced. The closest thing to them today are a Cabela's offering... their SST line, a pultruded shaft, wearing a 35 grain outsert, (to facilitate screwing in a broadhead) and a 75 grain Rocket Wolvering 3P mechanical. I opted for the internal nock system for these shafts, which they no longer offer, since the standard nocks slip over the end of the shaft causing a rest impact problem. The discontinued internal nocks are a 2 piece design and allow unobstructed rest passage. I suppose a drop away rest would be the way to go when I run out of the internal nocks I have on hand. These arrows hit like a truck and are really hard to damage, even after sticking smartly in the ground after pass through.

Can't decide: Either PSE Carbon Force 400s or Blackhawk Vapor 4000's. With EZE Crests and Quik Spins (on both). And Muzzy 3-blade 100's. Or it could be factory crested CX 400s. Haven't shot those yet. The Carbon Forces and Blackhawks are flying really well with my Muzzy practice blades...

I have a bunch of XX75's in #2315 and use 125gr Thunderheads. I have read about the wicked 4 blade Magnus Stingers (endorsed by Ted Nugent) and wonder how well a 2 blade (w/ 2 bleeder blades) truely flies out of an aluminum #2315.

Started out using CX300s and didn't like them. Tried Cabelas Outfitter Series arrows and love them; don't plan on changing any time soon. Rocky Mountain Gator XP (new mechanicals) tip my shafts.

Well ! I have 4 Gold Tip 3D pro's in 3555's tipped with 100gr Montec G5's for this season . I gave Sammy my 100gr Crimson Talon's from last season that I wasn't too fussy over.
