Default Out of state hunting

Anyone have any info on out of state hunting? Like a list with each state and what they have to offer. Rules, regulations, fees and the like. Does such a website exist.

Also, what about herd sizes and odds etc. Thanks again, Hoofers.

If you're going to hunt a specific state the state check that state dnr, game commision, fish & game or what every they call it in that particular state website. Maine and New Hampshire have all laws and regulations posted on a site. They also have seasons and licence cost.

Where are you plannning on hunting?

No where in particular. Just wondering which states offer what. Not interested in outfitter hunts either. Its just a matter of time before I plan on relocating. I may work for the NPS next year and it may help me pick an area if I can hunt there too!

Most states web sites are www.initials.gov. You can get a ton of info and a lot of freebies like guides and maps.

Buckmasters has a link to all state websites. You'll just have to browse each one. Some states require bowhunter education... others don't.

Here's Buckmasters link. http://www.buckmasters.com/Buckmaste...s/Seasons.html
