Thunderhead Broadheads [I use 100gr], just replace the blades. I keep a good supply of new blades. It is physically impossible to get them any sharper . . . and you can shave with them. When the get dull, I save them for practice.
Not sure about Muzzy maybe just replace the blades on them too.

There was an article in the tech forum about broadhead sharpening.

Here's an idea from Ausie: http://forum.hunting.net/asppg/tm.asp?m=688613
I shoot muzzy heads and am not paticularly happy with their sharpness out of the box. I'm going to try Ausies' method and see how it goes.

For me that would depend on the blade material, and the number of blades on the head. I will usually only sharpen two and four blade heads. I would use a sharp replaceable on the three or five blade heads.
