That's right.. Randy Hendricks(the old man) wins the ESPN Games archery gold for the 3rd time in 4 years. All these young guys and MMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm.... MMmmmmmmm... MMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm(you know) shooters and they're high profile loose again to the man from Hoyt. THe year he didn't win he was second. He beat all the MMMMmmmmmmmm's, youngsters etc. Must really urk some of these folks. He just goes back to NC and relaxes and shows up to beat them every year.
While we're on the games, did anyone notice that "Wildazz" string loop sported by RAndy Ulmer? What's up with that. For those who missed it, he has 4 or 5 nocks on each side of the arrow and the loop outside them. It puts the ends of his loop about 2 inches apart on the string. The loop itself probably puts the release jaws 1 1/2 or 2 inches behind the string. Wild thang. IF it was designed to make it easier to get the release on in the speed round.... it didn't work. I think the boy went to the extreme with this one. His shooting pretty much sucked too.
Anyway... Randy (as nice a fellow as you want to meet) wins again. Sorry MMMMMMMmmmmmmmm
