Default Weird lookin Hickory Creek(?) bow

I was out at Cabela's sunday shootin the bull with a friend i got in the archery department and i noticed this bow they carry. I think it said Hickory Creek on it. 35-70#, i forget the draw length but it was in teh 28 or 29" range. The thing was 22" ATA. yeah, i said 22 INCHES AXLE TO AXLE! anyone else seen this bow? the limbs were almost straight out from the riser. i think in wisconsin i wanna say you can't hunt with bows that short? weird...
