broadhead ?

Default broadhead ?

will shooting broadheads through a broadhead target dull them? im only shooting just enough to see how they compare to where my field points are flying.

Yes it will. I would just get replacement blades for my heads.

I agree, you will dull them. depending on the target, broadhead etc. You may be able to shoot them a few times and have them remain sharp. I will not hunt with a head that won't shave hair with only moderate effort. Shoot them and see. If they still shave hair your ok, if not buy replacement blades or sharpen them.

Yes, that's why when I buy broadheads I buy extra blades. The blades with the heads are relegated to the practice mode. I use them to practice and then just change blades for hunting. The practice blades are there for next year's practice, and the year after that. Always hunt with unused blades.

yes - always use good sharp broadheads - you should never not use them.
