I think Parker is a great bow company. I dont know much about alpine. If you do a search on Parker bows you'll find a lot of info. Ive asked a lot of questions about Parker myself. Good luck.

Yes, I shoot a Parker Feather Mag II. I used it all of last year and love it. I have a 33" draw fits me fine. You really need to pick one up and shoot it to appreciate it.

Living just an hour away from Alpine headquarters, I have shot alpine all my life, so my experience with parker is nill, yet I hear good things about parker. As far as alpine goes, they are quality bows, especially for the money. Out west they are making a name for themselves. I shoot a "Sidewinder" 2000 model and I love it.In the past I have owned the teton classic, and rebel. Fast,Forgiving,Quiet and Light. If you are interested let me know, I can get ya the address to fella that sells them in my home town and he doesn't mark them up an extra 100$ like most of the distributors I have witnessed. I got into my Sidewinder which is Alpines top of the line bow for less than 500$ The Alpine SoftLock quiver system is fantastic too...very easy to take on and off and extremely quiet not to mentions it doubles as a noise dampener.
