I took out some deer steaks and cut them up to put on skewers. Marinated them for a few hours in teriyaki marinade along with some spices and cooked on the grill at a party. I told people at the party what they were and most were willing to try it. With the exception of 1 person(animal rights person) they were a big hit! I've got people already putting in orders for deer this fall, even a couple of guys said they would be interested in learning to bowhunt. Cool, huh!
