RE: ASAT Doubting Thomas

Does ASAT make hunting garments for the colder weather here in canada.Example---fleece or gor-tex or a cold weather material.I am very interested in the stuff myself for the terrain that i hunt in but i havent seen any of it in heavier clothing.I have seen it in light cotton or the 3-D leafy but not heavy enough.I just might check out the 3-D and wear warmer clothes under when the temperature drops:)

Extreme1,
The Leafy ASAT is great stuff.........I've worn the same suit over a T-Shirt and light camo pants, and later in the season over every last stinkin piece of warm fleece and poly pro I own.![:-]:D

It's not only the All Season All Terrain camo.......but the All season garment.

Thank you for the reply matt,i was thinking of doing the same thing as well. The suit does come in a small---medium----large size i would imagine.I just wish they would make a good fleece insulated coverall or something in that nature.
I do think it is the ultimate camo, just needs more options on clothing:)

Matt,

Why don't you post the link to that thread with you wearing the leafy outfit next to that big doe you shot last year. That was impressive! I think Rob was in it too.

Ask and you shall receive.........:)

actually there are 2 generations of ASAT leafy camo here....Rob (on the left) is wearing the 1st generation suit, and the good looking guy has on the newer style.;)

And yes it WAS a big cornfed doe. (I'm 6'3" and ohhhhhhh about 250lbs.)

What kind of material is the 3d suit made of? can you wear it all day in the fall season when its drizzling all day with rain?

Dont worry I have been in consistant touch with Chuck about insulated coveralls and bibs.
They do have a insulated Buckswede jacket that is toasty warm.

Copied from the ASAT web site:
We're so confident in our product, we offer you this unparalleled guarantee ..."Wear ASAT® exclusively for one year, and if you don't see more game than you ever have wearing anything else... we'll buy it back . GUARANTEED!" Where in ANY industry would a company offer such a guarantee if their product didn't work?

All I can say is buy with confidence.

Tell Chuck to get on the ball Russ!..I need that insulated gear by the 2nd week of October!

I may just go with the 3D leafy suit this year..I am having a devil of a time finding a good open pattern in insulated clothing that doesn't break the bank.

BTW..if you can afford it extreme1, Day One camo has ASAT fleece & saddlecloth in all kinds of styles..insulated..waterproof, etc..too rich for my blood at the moment..
